We provide industry recognised accredited qualifications to young adults who struggle to access school due to their mental health, or behaviour challenges and also those who have been removed from school due to their behaviour.
We believe that through fitness, mentoring, coaching, reflective and restorative practices we will have a positive impact on young people and their futures.
We offer online and face to face courses to engage and certify young adults in their desired career path in Sport, Fitness, Gym, Boxing and Mental Health through industry recognised qualifications.
Kids who play sports have fewer emotional and behaviuoral problems and are less likely to do drugs or have bad body image. The benefits are so impressive that James Hudziak, MD, Director of the Vermont Center for Children, Youth, and Families, encourages all kids to play sports recreationally, even as they get older.
